Light a Candle or have a Mass said at Kinnoull

Let us Light a Candle for you at Our Lady's Shrine, or Celebrate Mass for your Special Intentions at Kinnoull

For the past 150 years, candles have burned before the shrine of our Mother of Perpetual Help here in Kinnoull.

These past difficult weeks of Covid-19 lock-down, we have kept the light alive before the shrine - as it has been since the monastery church was constructed. We have also lit some small candles at the request of some friends of the monastery.

It occurs to us as a community that there may be some of you who would wish to have a candle burning for yourself, for a family member,  for a friend, or for a special intention.

We would provide this service free of charge. However, if you can help to defray costs, this would be very helpful and acceptable. We are also celebrating Mass each day and can accept Mass stipends.

If you do wish us to light candles for you, or celebrate Mass for your intentions, please email us with your intentions to info@kinnoullmonastery.co.uk or, write to us by regular post to St Mary's Monastery, Hatton Road, Kinnoul, Perth PH2 7BP.

If you wish to leave a donation for your candle, or make an offering for your Mass intention, you can donate online by clicking here. Or, you can write to us at the above address, making your offering payable to ‘St. Mary’s Kinnoull’. (Alternatively, bank transfers can be made to our account ‘The Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer re Perth Hse Ac.’ The branch sort code is 60 00 01 and the account number is 48645788.)

The community here assembles morning, midday and evening for prayer and we will continue to hold you and your loved ones before God.
