Our Church is reopening for Private Prayer on Sundays from 3-5pm

When will the church be open?

The church will be open initially on Sundays from 3-5pm, starting on Sunday 28th June 2020.

What can I do in church?

No services or public worship is allowed. However, you can come for private prayer. The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed.

How will I be safe?

We have introduced safety guidleines and procedures in accordance with Government and Diocesan guidelines (e.g. sanitisers etc.)

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a face mask or facial covering with you. It is suggested you wear it at all times.

Can I come if I am ill or shielding?

It is advised that those shielding, who have underlying health conditions, or who are exhibiting symptoms do not come.

Can I speak to a priest?

There will be a priest on hand that you can speak to and have confession with if you wish, numbers permitting. Social distance will be observed but otherwise it will still be possible to do this in an appropriate way.

Do I need to know anything else?

Stewards will be on hand to help you. Please keep to 2m distance from others and follow the one way system. According to guidelines, toilets will not be available, and there will be no entry to the house.

(Please see the St John's Perth RC Church website for their opening hours also)
