St. Mary’s Centre for Christian Spirituality is widely recognised as an extremely valuable resource for those visiting from Scotland and further afield. In our busy and pressurised world, individuals and groups find in the Centre an oasis of peace and tranquillity where they can connect with God, and return home spiritually refreshed and ready once more for mission.
Owned by the Redemptorist Order and run by our own confreres and dedicated staff, the Centre is truly inter-church, though also welcoming people of all faiths and none, so long as use of our facilities is not inconsistent with our Christian values.
We welcome day visitors to use our facilities for:
Apart from our main church, we have 2 public rooms and a Conference Room available for various functions.
We are able to cater for a maximum of 30 people, depending on availability and our catering staff are happy to provide meals and refreshments. There are a some options available:
Our team works with guests to make sure they are happy with the menu and all services provided. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

"St Mary's Monastery offers a calm and quiet place to 'get away from it all' for a few days. An easy walk from Perth City centre, St Mary's has extensive garden and woodland grounds where you can walk or sit in a quiet place to think or just relax. The refurbished rooms are simple but comfortable and the food is very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Daily Mass is celebrated (a bonus for many Catholics) and the faith based programs are well organised. St Mary's offers something for everyone - for people of all faiths and none."
It is time to express my sincere appreciation to you and the Community for the renewal experience I enjoyed for both body and soul in Kinnoul. I have been sharing my experiences with the Sisters in Belfast, Derry and here in Cork and realise how privileged I have been to have had that opportunity.
The beautiful situation of the house with it’s surrounding trees and garden, the serenity and calm atmosphere in the house, the kindness of the staff
"Beautiful Monastery and grounds, and a very warm Redemptorist community. Great food too for retreatants! And just minutes away from Kinnoull Woodlands for long walks."
