What is being a Human all about? This course will explore the biological and psychological processes that shape who we are and the extraordinary potential for lifelong, developmental change that lies within them. Being human challenges us to develop in certain areas, in certain ways, particularly as we grow older. Achieving our human potential calls us to live our lives just as Christ.
Dr Stephanie is a psychologist with 35 years’ experience of studying the human mind and understanding values, attitudes and emotions. She has published many books and articles. Now retired, she converted to Catholicism while head of the psychology department at Sussex University.
